Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders placed before 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday may be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be ready for pickup the following day by 12:00 p.m.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed Monday morning and be ready by 12:00 p.m.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES - please read carefully

Our return policy is for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only, we do not issue refunds.

In order to be eligible for an exchange all items must be:

  • Received at our store within 10 days of original delivery to customer (the date marked "Delivered" by the shipping company).
  • Unworn and undamaged. Phoenix Remix is not responsible for shipping damage. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
  • Unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Include a copy of your invoice
  • Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items
